Reservation Notice
Please note that all online bookings are considered requests rather than confirmed reservations. Even if you complete the online booking process, we reserve the right to decline your reservation. We operate with small groups to maintain the highest quality of service, and we appreciate your understanding.
Reservation times are fixed, and we are unable to accommodate requests for different times. Please ensure you select a time that works best for you when booking.
Once you make a reservation, if you don’t receive an email confirmation from us, please check your spam folder.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for changes or cancellations, as we custom order and prepare ingredients in advance to ensure the highest quality.
Please note, this policy applies regardless of weather conditions, illnesses such as colds or flu, or any family emergencies. We strongly recommend checking the weather forecast and ensuring your plans are solid before making a reservation.
This applies to no-shows, changes, and both partial and full cancellations of reservations.
Reservations can be made up to a maximum of 30 days in advance.
